Today was ok. I was really thrown off schedule. I neglected to eat breakfast, then went to church, then went grocery shopping (bad idea on an empty stomach). I didn't go crazy, but I didn't eat well when I got home.
Also I feel really down.
In October of last year I was diagnosed with clinical depression. I forgot to take my pill this morning and I think that might be why.
Tomorrow will be better!
You're allowed a bum day here and there - as long as it doesn't become a habit! Don't beat yourself up dear!
